The Scientific Advisory Board of the ReCCE has the following central tasks:

• The Scientific Advisory Board consults the Board of Directors on the further development of the scientific concept, strategic planning, the design of national and international cooperations, human resources development and the promotion of young researchers as well as quality assurance.
• It evaluates the overall concept as well as the scientific research and advisory services.
• Members of the Scientific Advisory Board can act as reviewers and be appointed as reviewers for submitted ReCCE projects (which are also reported on the homepage).
• It advises ReCCE members on joint applications for inter- and transdisciplinary research projects.
