Faculties
The three faculties of the University of Education Freiburg are teaching, research, organisational and administrative units, each with around 30 professorships and 1500 students, combining several institutes with different specialisations (organisational charts of the university).
The majority of the institutes are located on the campus of the University of Education Freiburg (map). Only the Institute of Psychology (Hölderle-Carré, Heinrich-von-Stephan-Str. 5a), the Department of Public Health and Health Education (Kartäuserstr. 47) the Institute of Sports Science and Athletics (University Sports Centre, Sandfangweg 4) and the Institute of Everyday Culture, Physical Activity and Health are not located on campus.
