Advice and Information
Student Services Centre (SSC)
The Student Services Centre (SSC) is the central point of contact for all questions at the university. We are happy to answer any questions you may have at the beginning of your studies or while you are studying, and will forward questions to the appropriate department if necessary. We support you in administrative and academic matters.
Central Student Advisory Service (ZSB)
The Central Student Advisory Service (ZSB) is an important partner for students and prospective students, helping them to make informed choices about their studies and navigate their way successfully through their degree programme. Our main task is to provide comprehensive support and advice at every stage of your studies.
International Office (IO)
The International Office (IO) answers all questions from international guests and provides information on international study and exchange programmes. We offer support and advice and promote international mobility among students and university staff. We are also responsible for coordinating and strengthening our diverse international relationships and our cooperation with partner universities and institutions.
