By Train

From Freiburg Central Station

• Take the train towards Titisee (or Kirchzarten or Villingen) to Freiburg-Littenweiler station, which is located directly next to the University of Education. The journey takes approximately 10 minutes and trains run at least every half hour.
• Or take tram line 1 from the city railway bridge over the main railway station to the final stop, Lassbergstrasse / Littenweiler. From there, walk approximately 200 metres along Lindenmattenstraße to reach the University of Education Freiburg (total journey time approximately 20 minutes).

By Car from Karlsruhe or Basel (A5 Motorway)

Take the Freiburg-Mitte motorway exit towards Freiburg and follow the signs for ‘Titisee-Neustadt / Donaueschingen’ (B31). After around 10 kilometres, shortly after the Ganter brewery, you will reach a tunnel entrance. Just before the tunnel entrance, instead of going into the tunnel, change to the left lane and pass to the left of the tunnel. Follow the tram tracks to the intersection at the final stop. At this intersection, turn right (signposted University of Education Freiburg). The first street on the right after the railway crossing is Kunzenweg. After approximately 200 metres, take the second street on the right to reach the University of Education Freiburg car park.

By Car from Titisee-Neustadt

Take the B31 towards Freiburg from Titisee / Neustadt. Shortly before Freiburg, however, take the exit for Littenweiler. Stay on Kappeler Strasse until you reach the intersection with Volksbank on the right and Badische Beamtenbank on the left. Turn left here, and the first street on the right after the railway crossing is Kunzenweg. After approximately 200 metres, take the second street on the right to reach the University of Education Freiburg car park.
