Postdoctoral Phase
If you wish to pursue a career in research after completing your doctorate, you should carefully plan your next steps in order to build up a comprehensive academic career portfolio. The postdoctoral phase should see you growing more independent in your scientific work. Topics such as refining your research profile, securing third-party funding and mobility are becoming increasingly important.
The Graduate Academy for Educational Sciences is a central institution that will support you on your career path. As a postdoctoral researcher, you can access a wide range of qualifications, coaching, mentoring, career counselling, strategic application advice and financial support offered by the university.
