Central Student Advisory Service (ZSB)
We offer expert advice on the following topics:
- Information counselling (information about degree programmes, study plans, the labour market, accommodation, etc.)
- Support in choosing a university degree programme
- Orientation services for first-year students
- Help with adjusting to university life
- Study planning and organisation
- Reorientation during your studies: changing location, subject or degree programme, or discontinuing your studies
- Supplementary qualifications for your studies
- Questions about finishing your studies and career orientation
- Help with learning and work difficulties
- Support with exam preparation, time management, exam management and personal difficulties affecting your studies

We are available to discuss your concerns via email, telephone, Zoom, or in person by prior appointment. Meetings usually last 30 minutes.
