Erasmus+ №609563-EPP-1-2019-1-DE-EPPKA2-CBHE-JP – Internationalizing Master Programmes in Agriculture via English Medium Instruction (IMPROVE _AGRO) (2020-2023)

The management of the project  builds on the following principles:

• active involvement of PC staff in all activities for project management, to ensure the project “ownership”;
• transparent and consensus-based decision-making;
• clear and efficient planning, evaluation and reporting;
• equal gender distribution.

The Project Management Board (PMB) consists of the Project Coordinator, Coordinator for PC partners, country managers for Mongolian and Kazakh partners. The PMB includes contact persons for all partner institutions. They are in regular communication via email, telephone and Skype. The minutes of meetings are written up and circulated by the Coordinator. The Work Packages leaders are in charge of organisation and implementation of the WP activities, reporting to the Coordinator on a regular basis. English has been an official language for communication in the consortium.
